Joseph G. Viacava was born in Hempstead, New York. He graduated from Syracuse University with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Philosophy. He earned his J.D. from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School.
Before joining The Wilbur Smith Law Firm, he worked as an Assistant State Attorney for the 20th Judicial Circuit and he practiced personal injury law with the firm of Bruce L. Schiener & Associates.
